'Modules & Files' shows added modules only because your CWS bsd02 is still in state 'approved by QA'. Detailed information on file level get inserted into database during integration of a CWS, not earlier.
But I can assure you that bridges/source/cpp_uno/gcc2_freebsd_intel/makefile.mk and vcl/unx/source/app/makefile.mk have been committed correctly on that CWS branch and will get onto SRX645 master as soon as the CWS gets integrated.
