In OOo 1.1.x there is no separate toolbar for an add-on. Therefor it's
not possible to set a title for it. All buttons are part of the function
bar. Due to compatibility reasons we didn't change the structure of the
Addons.xcu file in OOo 2.0 so you cannot change the title, too.
I think there is a workaround for your problem, but it is a little bit
more complex. Please give a some time to research for this solution.
