I would like to build a localized build
with-lang="dz" but with the English ineterface.
Could some one please tell me which files needs to be
modified in ooSRC680.
The Bhutanese team are in the process of translating
Open office user interfaces to Dzongkha.Till date there
had not been technical translation work and as such we
need to coin new terms and consult a lot which hinders in
the pace of translation work. However, technically open
office supports Dzongkha now and the teaching medium in
school here at Bhutan is English language. We would like
to use open office with the english interfaces for the
time being until we complete the translation work.
