Dear all,
I wanted to have dzongkha build with english
interfaces. Could some one tell me which files needs to be
modified to have a dzongkha build in oosrc680.
Bhutanese team are in the process of translating the
oopot files but then we have never carried out technical
translation so far. In that many words needs to be coined
and discussed throughly and it seems to impede the pace of
translation work.
However we can now use Dzongkha in open office and as
the teaching medium in schools is English language, we
feel that localized build with English Interface could
work for us for now....
