Cyrille...thanks for the reply. I had the Visual C++ versions mixed up.
Thats why I didn't think the TCSH instructions were for VS 2003.
Have you heard of anyone using VS 2005?

The instructions detailed here:

presumably are the ones you found, are using Visual Studio 2003 for the
compilation process. The cygwin tools are used to drive the build
sequence, not for the actual compilation.
