[dev] create new document from terminal

I wish OpenOffice to support create a new document from terminal. In Linux are a 
lot of editors that support it. That is a good way to not lost the work. 
Actually you can start OpenOffice from the terminal:
$ ooffice name-document.odt
if the document not exist, you will be warned. I wish it will be created a new 
document. The extension (.odt) give the type of new document. The arguments 
-writer, -calc, -draw, etc are not necessary.
