Actually a performance increase would probably be measurable for every
.xls document loaded, just that the part responsible for the improvement
in relation to the overall document loading process is smaller for
smaller documents, so the overall performance gain will not result in
those high factors as with large documents, maybe not even that much
noticeable for human beings. If anyone wants to give it a try: grab
milestone m190 or later, and compare with earlier builds.
