Sure.
I'm still trying to work through the current source to see how things
work and it wasn't clear enough to me to say. From my first pass, the
tr1 classes seem to be designed to be very flexible as far as data
format, so I'm hopeful that OOo can use them.
So, as Hubert pointed out, availability of the routines is one issue;
API is certainly another.
Others to watch for?
To my thinking, it would be a big win to use a standard interface and
library rather than trying to update and maintain the current one. But
maybe that's too simplistic. If it's not worth thinking about, then I'd
rather focus on something else.
Or maybe someone who's a C++ whiz can take 5' and say "Nope. Can't get
there from here." and save me several hours of scratching my head.
I'll keep poking around.
