It is very helpful to attach an OOo document and even the generated DOC file that demonstrates the problem. I know that I really need to do this as well because documents created for the OOoAuthors site do not properly export to DOC files; there are issues with documents in frames with captions that completely fail (which is why I do all my documentation using a different method). > I have been looking into the problem of open office with Microsoft > office files and wasn't sure where to write this.
