All
now I am doing some work related to the openoffice . openoffice will crash
while I do some operation. for resolveing phenomenon , I have spend a lot of
time on it to find the reasons but I have not found the reasons by now .
the following is the steps to reduce the crash phenomenon:
1 create a new word document
2 click on the menu "Insert" ---> "envelop" item , then pop-up the "envelop
dialog", then select the "envelop" tab, click on the "create" button . after
that , a new docment and new window will be displayed .
3 click on the menu "File" --->"save/save as" item ,save the envelop
document that was created at the above 2th step.
4 click on the menu "File" --->"reload" item on the window created at the
2th step.(this operation will reload this document)
5 the openoffice crash after excuting the 4th step
Note : this phenomenon occurs in the openoffice 2.1 but I don't test it in the
openoffice 2.2
Have Any body been puzzled by this phenomenon or found how to resolve this
phenomenon ?
