As I said in my previous e-mail, this comes from ^M added in some lines
of the bootstrap file.
once removed I get the second issue... (SRC_ROOT not taken into account).
Ok let's wait for Volker...

I was still using 4NT because of some config issues with bash... here
is the first of them... any hint ?
$ ./bootstrap

Interesting - where is "/cygr"? I think this have to wait for Volker.
