I just run a few test on Vista as a restricted user and it worked
without problems. The office, an m237, was installed for "all users".
Therefore the cli bootstrap code had to read the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\OpenOffice.org\UNO\InstallPath". This worked.
So I have no idea where your exception is coming from. BTW. I used the
test in cli_ure/qa/versioning. When you build it then in
wntmsci10.pro/bin you'll find a runtest.exe and various
version_x_y_z.dll. Every version_x_y_z.dll is was build with a
particular office version (indicated by x_y_z).
