[dev] Providing Help for Addons

Hi, I'm developing some plugins for OpenOffice Writer using java and OOobean.
I registered a DispatchProviderInterceptor and I created some custom 
toolbar/menu elements at runtime in order to use my plugins. I would like to 
know wether is possible to provide at runtime some help contents for my plugins 
or something like the text is showed using "What's this?" command.
