I have reproduced it on my home computer using the attached file.
Same version of writer( OOO300 m2),
Windows XP JP SP3, Pen IV, 512MB.
Please note that my computer is quite slow and help me reproduce the
bug on your computer.
I can reproduce this with your document. I see that the graphics are
inserted "as links" and it seems like they get reloaded on each zoom
change. If you break the links (Edit - Links - Break link), zooming is
pretty smooth. Please submit a bug report for this:
