The name of the category and the name of the folder are the same, except

Some of the category names are provided by a VCL resource file. This is
a legacy from StarOffice and nobody has found some time to change that.

Ok, I understand why my template categories, which have evolved from SO
5 ones, are automagically localized in French without any
groupuinames.xml file.
