That won't work. Most developers do not even know this list, and even if
we tell them, they will have forgot at the time they resign from their
maintainer role.
The only feasible way is exactly what you're doing currently: Update as
soon as we find it's necessary ...
Caolán, if you are editing the page, anyway, maybe you can add a link
somewhere on the page to the script that actually generated the page's
data. Then, it might be easier not to forget to update the script and
regenerate the page when responsibilities change or new modules get added.
