[dev] Debug questions in writerfilter

Hi,

I debug writerfilter in MS Visual Studio 2005.
Q1: I enable DEBUG_DOMAINMAPPER, How does dmapper_logger work or where does
it write log?
Q2: I enable the debug code "printf(...)", where does it print or how can I
get the print results in Visual Studio 2005?
