Hi OPS folks, I am your Incubator shepherd for this month and I have two concerns after reviewing your mailing lists and website.
1. I see no sign after more than one year of attempting to do an ASF software release. I see DISCLAIMER etc, but there have been no on list discussions and certainly no votes. 2. The website only shows a non-compliant “pre-apache” release. 3. No discussion about new committers or PPMC members on the private mailing list. Please discuss this in your report.
