Akka 2.5.6 is Apache-2.0, `Copyright (C) 2014-2017 Lightbend Inc.` This adds a bundled-component entry to the top-level `LICENSE`, in the same form as the existing Spray Caching entry. Akka 2.5.6 ships no `NOTICE` file, so `NOTICE` is unchanged.
