Dear GSOC students, please make sure your mentors you about this. If they are not available during that week, they can mail me their replies and I will type them in.

If you think you will not pass your student - e.g. insufficient work has been done - then please let us know that s/he didn't pass via the evaluation form; all we need to hear about now is students have disappeared and you're dropping them. If you know that you will not be available between 7 - 14 July to complete your student's evaluation, please make sure that your organization administrator(s) have the answers to these questions, as they can fill it out on your behalf if you are unable to do so.
