Not yet but I'm working on such a feature together with the Tagwatch script. At the moment I parse the wiki once a week and have all the key/tag descriptions as flat file format to use it for the Tagwatch script. All I need is a little bit time and some knowledge about XMl and how to represent the data in a good way.
