Hello everyone, I must admit, that I am a bit lost on the openstreetmap homepage, so maybe you can just forward me to appropriate places :)
For the purposes of my master thesis at Uni, I am looking for documentation about OSM (OpenStreetMap). Is it avaiable to see algorithm description and data representation that you use in OSM? Is there any API, that one could use for a plugin or application using OSM somehow? Under what licence is OSM written - GPL?
