The XAPI instance at osmxapi.hypercube.telascience.org/api/0.6 supports multiple parameters with similar performance. What else do you need?
Are they ORd or ANDed? Is there a way to have a partial wildcard on the values, like "[ref=FR *]" to give all that have a ref value that begins with FR<SPACE>?
