There is also a feature "touching inner rings" which is not an error according to the OSM data scheme (would be according to ogc), but the inspector isn't too verbal about this (it might look like an error if you are not into details). I don't know if this feature is useful (otherwise could be removed), but adding a comment to the mouse-over-description that this is not an error would help IMHO.
