When using the simple menu to assign attributes to a way (area), if you
set buildings > place of worship, the place of worship attribute is
assigned, but it does not automatically set building = yes.
I realize that not all places of worship are buildings, but if place of
worship is a sub-category of buildings on the menu, I believe that
building = yes should be set.
