P2 allows one to add a custom background layer/url to the list of standard
layers.
There is a local imagery layer that I use quite often and have added to
the list of background layers. Occasionally, my custom entry disappears
from the list of layers and I have to add it back manually.
I can't consistently reproduce the issue, it just pops up occasionally.
Maybe once every two weeks or so.
