IMHO there is "wrong" mapping, as the building-tag is set to the outer way instead to the relation. This should work nonetheless (because of tolerant rendering, at least it worked for some time in the past), but is less "clean"/"unambigous". Try putting the building tag into the relation and remove it from the outer way.
