Did you try to get a dev account? Not sure whether that gets you
servers that are powerful enough. OSM US servers might also be
suitable, send me an email if you're interested.
No, I did not apply for a dev account. I think I need to have something
to test before I try to get more resources. At this point it looks like
the Activity Server thing is on hold (resource- and testing-wise) until
I figure out the more general question of OWL, change tracking etc.
When I have some solution to test for scalability then I will try to get
resources. Thanks for the OSM US offer, I will keep that in mind.
