There is a readme, but in short use ruby 1.9 and run "bundle install" to install the dependencies. > What about performance > ? Does it handle a big history file ? It was used to load a whole-country extract (Ireland) before, but it's no where near as fast as other tools. I'd suggest creating a very small history extract first, and see how you get on.
