Acutally, GH already recognizes stiles and will route you over them on FOOT, but not with your CAR. As for gates, it will route you through them if they are fully tagged. To solve this in the long run, you need regional defaults (which GH does not have yet). In Germany, climbing a gate is trespassing and can get you arrested.
