What do we have in mind looking forward?
There's a few really good samples on github imo... Do we want it as part of our
source control or just links to github etc. I have a sample app that have
pretty nice stuff in it now but it is perhaps more of a Deltaspike sample.
I also don't mind a sample or two staying Jetty even though I only use Tomcat /
TomEE myself Jetty continues to be a good thing for certain samples.
