well, jetty6 was good. jetty7 and 8 are pretty much a disaster. No idea about
jetty9, but not worth the hassle imo.
I've now moved all tomcat6-maven-plugin and tomcat7-maven-plugin.
It would be fine if you could add some javadocs to introduce how to run the
samples.
I'd say we keep all as standalone.
It would be also very cool if you review our samples and help improving them!
