Sergio Yes you are correct the delay is on getting the build to start.
Sorry if I was not clear regular open source accounts have 5 concurrent builds, ASF it's an open source account and they have 30 because they worked something out with Travis, but even with 30 as you can see it took 20 hours for the build to start because of the many jobs in the single ASF queue. Yes I will bring the issue of the dedupe again in a ticket.
