I wholly share this sentiment - there are too many repositories and interdependence. I also do think a release will help, and some automation for maintainers, but at some point a directory got mapped to a repository and the overhead is too high. I know Vincent and Chetan both have some tooling to checkout all the repositories and build a mega repo, which might be easier to work with in some cases if you're developing across dependencies. -r
