I'm glad that the 1.1.0 release is out the door. Thanks to everyone who tested the release to help make it better. Unfortunately, a couple of minor patches have gone in to the ORC in Hive code base, so my plan to rip out the Hive version needs to wait until we catch up. To do that, I'd like to roll a 1.1.1 with the catch up patches today. This time I'll send email to dev@hive asking them to hold off until I can get the release out the door. :)
