Hi, As a follow up of [1], I'd like to formally propose to adopt donation of ORC Rust implementation from datafusion-orc.
Specifically, the datafusion-contrib/orc-rust [2] repository will be moved to apache/orc-rust and governed by Apache ORC PMC. As a result, main contributors of the datafusion-contrib/orc-rust project will join the Apache ORC PMC as new Apache ORC committers.
