It sounds like people's scheduling is towards the 2 day option, which is fine.

I haven't yet added any sprints to the PyCon wiki -- I wanted to have some idea of when we could be there
before I did that.


The Pycon sprints are highly flexible. Last year, some projects showed up with a list of stuff to
work on. Others decided what to work on during the sprint time.


For Chandler, since we're going to be talking about developer platform stuff, I think that we should plan
to work on some additional sample parcels. People that want to join us in working on those can then
learn how to build a parcel that way.


We can create a pylucene sprint and see if some people come out of the woodwork on that.
