[Dev] Twisted 2.0 testing

I need some brave souls who run Chandler using 'make install' to test the latest Twisted 2.0 binary - basically just run Chandler thru it's paces to see if there are any glitches from the upgrade.

If you feel comfortable doing this, make the following change to your chandler/Makefile:

         $(CHANDLERARCHIVES)/twisted-$(SNAP)-r13651-6.tar.gz \
