My one thought is that it would be nice to see, at the very top of the
page, a list of "blocker" or "critical" bugs and who they're assigned
to, in big red letters - and the report itself should be included in the
e-mail that goes out.
That way I can see as soon as I open the e-mail that there are or are
not blockers, and that one may be assigned to me...
Obviously we want to keep the reports on the wiki, but I think its
partly just a psychological barrier (i.e. people are lazy) to have to
click through to view the report when the notification goes out.

One change we are planning for subsequent weeks is to list the change
from previous weeks regarding the currently open and targeted bugs, as
well as the untriaged bugs.
