My one thought is that it would be nice to see, at the very top of the 
page, a list of "blocker" or "critical" bugs and who they're assigned 
to, in big red letters - and the report itself should be included in the 
e-mail that goes out.

That way I can see as soon as I open the e-mail that there are or are 
not blockers, and that one may be assigned to me...

Obviously we want to keep the reports on the wiki, but I think its 
partly just a psychological barrier (i.e. people are lazy) to have to 
click through to view the report when the notification goes out.
