One issue with arrows around the month: the MONTH YEAR string gets longer and shorter as you're clicking <- or -> repeatedly, so the arrow positions would change, so you can't park the mouse in one place and click lots of times -- which you *can* do in the current
implementation where their positions are fixed.

Secondly ... Sheila, did you want to throw in some tricky floating timezone / unseen timezone use cases in the "Cuts" section? or just leave that stuff out entirely until post-
0.6?  I thought of some other use cases for them...
