An update on dev documentation as we near the finish...
After looking at first drafts of most of the docs, we decided to cut two
documents:
* Blocks and events (donn) Bug#4030
* Intro paper (twl) Bug#4031
The intro paper ended up overlapping with the tutorial and the
architecture document. The blocks and events doc overlapped with the
tutorial and the generated documentation.
We expect fairly complete versions of these documents to land in the
branch by Monday (Dec 12), the documentation complete deadline:
* Feeds tutorial (alecf)

Heikki and Aparna agreed to allow 2 days of final edits to these
documents. No edits after Wednesday -- if you review any docs please do
so by end of day Tuesday!
