Developers know (well, should know) what it means. Debug is generally only for debugging some of the C++ libraries, like wx. I've been working at OSAF for a year now and I haven't done a debug build in over 8 months.. I've gotten by just fine. I think this might be worth mentioning. Alec Sure, it's slower than release version, but it gives you additional debug information that you may need when debugging. And practically nobody else except developers will be building Chandler. |
