An initial calendar search is part of Chandler 0.7 which we are
currently working on. We have started to spec this out somewhat but
there hasn't been much discussion on the list about it.

Ideally I would *really* like to be able to use Chandler to keep
track of the number of hours spent on certain tasks. In order to
do so, the program would need to be able to do two things: (1)
perform the search I asked about above, and (2) let the user
highlight multiple events and show the total amount of time spent
on those highlighted events.
