Because I moved a few Reference items out of osaf.app, if you have a
personal parcel which defines sharing or mail accounts (and you want
those accounts to be the defaults when you start up Chandler), you
will need to change a couple lines in your parcel. The
currentWebDAVAccount Reference has moved from osaf.app to
osaf.sharing, and the currentSMTPAccount and currentMailAccount
References moved from osaf.app to osaf.pim.
