How can I post a HTML form into AgentCompose.pm?
$Data{"Body"}
And then?
Just copy paste the HTML body code?
I just tested it, but without effect.
Where is the setting to let the system send text/html content instead of
text/plain content!?
Because when I am sending a reply to a customer it is still plain mail.....

The way is:
HTML Form -=> post Body on Kernel/Modules/AgentCompose.pm -=>
Kernel/System/Ticket/SendArticle.pm: SendArticle() -=>
Kernel/System/Email.pm: Send().
I think that is what you want to know.
