Hi, I'm wondering if (hoping that) the following features will appear in 1.2.. we're really looking forward to them:
- Write email (new ticket) to customer http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs/2003-April/001377.html - Add TicketHookSpace -> e. g.
