If I want to read the customers table from another server what is the best
option?
1. To move all the OTRS tables in the location of the other database
2. To keep both databases separated and only modify OTRS to read customers
table of the other database.
I think that the first is the best, but I don't know if I am wrong ("hacer
l�o" as we tell it in Argentina)
