Hi. Exist some permanent link to list of articles for one selected TT? I mean for example when I write mail about my TT to my colleague and I want to add to this mail www link whre he can look at my communication with OTRS user. Or when I archive history of some alarm I need link to this list of mails and status updates. Thanks Juraj Bobek
