Sure! It is used in each otrs notification emails.
Example to link to a ticket:
http://host/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentZoom&TicketID=2266
Example to link to a ticket and an article:
http://host/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentZoom&TicketID=2266&ArticleID=53333
